Overview

By placing an order through the Bowie's Donuts website, you agree to the following terms. Please read them before completing your purchase.

Ordering

Orders open every Saturday at 8am for pickup the following Saturday. Orders are processed on a first come, first served basis and are subject to a weekly availability limit. Once that limit is reached, ordering will close for that week.
All online orders are sold in boxes of 6 donuts of one flavor at $36 per box. There is no limit on the number of boxes per order.

Payment

Full payment is required at checkout. We do not invoice or hold orders without payment.

Cancellations & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed. In the rare event that Bowie's Donuts needs to cancel a week's orders due to unforeseen circumstances, all affected customers will be refunded in full and notified by email as soon as possible.

Pickup

Pickup details, including location and pickup time, will be sent with your order confirmation email. Orders must be picked up during the designated pickup window. If you are unable to make your pickup window, please contact us at bowiesdonuts@gmail.com and we will do our best to arrange an alternative.

Bowie's Donuts is not responsible for orders that are not picked up within the designated window.

Allergens

Bowie's Donuts are produced in a home kitchen. While our donuts are made with gluten free, real ingredients and no refined white sugar or additives, our kitchen is not allergen-free and cross-contamination is always possible. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please contact us at bowiesdonuts@gmail.com before placing an order. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

Changes to these terms

Bowie's Donuts reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
